This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting a refund, as well as the time frame for processing refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

Refunds can be requested within 10 hours of making the payment, provided no sessions have been attended.

Requests must be initiated by the individual who booked the session. If you are unsatisfied with your current psychologist, you also have the option to request a change at any time.

To request a refund, you can email us at [email protected] or submit form even you can chat with us within the 10-hour window. Please include booking details such as the session date, time, and any relevant information, along with a brief explanation for the refund request.

Once your refund request is received, our team will review it. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of a valid request, and you will be notified via email once it has been completed. All refunds will be issued in the original payment currency using the payment method initially used for booking.

Refunds will not be granted if the 10-hour period has elapsed or if any sessions have already been attended.
